of the heart…!!!!!  

I have been reading a lot about an unfortunate girl who passed away while traveling in India. Scarlet Keeling, 15 years old Britisher. The incident has truly highlighted the difference between two cultures, two societies and two nations. Yes, India Inc. is climbing the ladder of success very fast, and its not just in India were such disgressfull things happen. but i was taken aback when i read that, one woman is raped every hour in India.

I don't feel the need to judge Scarlet here, she was just a teenager from land who ruled the world less than a century back. It was obvious for her to get drunk and run on beach at midnight. We all love Goa for same reason. But when they say, a drunken man is not less than a drunken animal, is true.

Jyoti Chaudhari, an independent 22 years old, call center employee was raped and then murdered by the driver, who must have drove her hundred times to the work place.

A Cop, one of the most demanding and respectful career in Indian society, rapes an underage girl. The only fault of hers was to sit besides a guy on a beach in Mumbai.

and there are thousand of similar examples.....

In the end nothing happens. People have this tendency to forget things which they do not want to remember. Indian constitution and Indian courts are smart enough to run the matter until the curtain of forgetfulness block people's mind.

The recent rape cases are raked up by the media because of the gory murders that followed. As soon TRP starts folling down, our "politically right" masters finds some other issue to burn oil on.

and people like me are revering about having capital punishment for rape and murder case. Age and "good behavior" (Read : good income) can not be source while judging such serious issues. If according to AMERICAN source, INDIANS are smartest people in world, why are we taking slow measures to tackle the problem which has been existing and ruining our name since so many years??? We just lack initiatives, isn't it???

P.S : Dear Scarlet, India is very beautiful, more than Drinks and Drugs...!!
